The debtor is in collusion with part staff of the client company, under the pretext of quality, operational problems, and account payables are defaulted deliberately. By M & C collection, we had the successful recovery of more than one million Yuan of accounts payable for the world famous equipment company.
 
Recalled the arrears which can not be resolved through normal legal channels
Based on the professional, flexible and effective collection methods, M & C had the successful recovery of more than three million Yuan of arrear within nine months for a worlds leading electronics distribution company, and the arrear can not be resolved through normal legal channels since it was over the limitation of action.
 
Recovery of the arrear which was commissioned by law firm and the local court, but collection was not successful.
The debtor of a private company, for various reasons, had evaded the local courts and law firms entrusted by the client, disappeared, also as the local protectionism of the local courts, the client had a sharp increase in operating pressure, then commissioned M & C, by meticulous investigation and tracking the debtors other assets, we had got the corresponding effective evidence, and under the pressure, the debtor had to settle the debt by stages which was as much as one million Yuan and over 3 years.
 
Recovery of the arrear which was commissioned by a third-party collection agency, but collection was not successful.
In 2009 the client had commissioned a third-party collection agency to recover nearly 300,000 Yuan of an arrear. The collection agency had not received any real progress in six months after taking over the case, and often shirked with the ground such as no the key one was found or no the company operating was found, etc. Then the client commissioned M & C, after preliminary investigation we had discovered that the company operating was stopped indeed, but from a side, we found out that the debtor companys owner was still engaged in original business, and who was working in a local government, we had seen the debtor&rsquos soft, and to put pressure on its career, we had the successful recovery of the arrear for the client just in three months.

A State-owned enterprise refused to pay more than 800,000 Yuan to a worlds leading manufacturer of chemical raw materials, the ground was lack of relevant certificates, as the years long (2003), after our collection, the arrear was full recovered within six months successfully.

Collection of foreign debt
